How to Reset Your Password (Students and Instructors)

Follow these steps to reset your password using the MyCCPS app or web browser:

  1. Open the MyCCPS app on your mobile device or log in through a web browser.

  2. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.

 

  1. Enter your email address and submit.

  2. A confirmation message will appear. Check your email inbox for a message from support@centralizedplacements.org.

  3. In the email, you’ll receive a temporary password. Copy this password and return to the MyCCPS login page

  4. Enter your email address and the temporary password, then click Login

  5. Follow the prompts to create a new password.
