How to Reset Your Password (Students and Instructors) Follow these steps to reset your password using the MyCCPS app or web browser: Open the MyCCPS app on your mobile device or log in through a web browser. On the login screen, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and submit. A confirmation message will appear. Check your email inbox for a message from support@centralizedplacements.org. In the email, you’ll receive a temporary password. Copy this password and return to the MyCCPS login page. Enter your email address and the temporary password, then click Login.
