Accessibility Features

We’re committed to creating an inclusive experience for every customer. As part of that commitment, we’ve made a series of updates to improve accessibility and better support users with disabilities. These enhancements align with ADA standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and they strengthen how our product works with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboards, and alternative input devices.

Enhanced Screen Reader & Assistive Technology Support

We’ve improved how our interface is interpreted by screen readers and other assistive tools:

  • Added clear semantic labels and descriptions to interactive elements
  • Improved navigation order, making it easier to move through pages logically
  • Ensured meaningful roles for buttons, links, and form controls
  • Added descriptive labels for icons and other non-text elements
  • Reduced duplicate announcements for a smoother, less confusing experience

These updates make it easier for users relying on screen readers to understand page structure and interact confidently with all features.

Better Visual Accessibility

To improve the visual clarity of our interface, particularly for users with low vision:

  • Enhanced color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Avoided using color alone to convey meaning
  • Improved visibility of focus indicators and selection states

These changes help ensure information is easier to see and distinguish, regardless of visual ability.

Improved Navigation & Interaction

We’ve strengthened support for keyboard-only and alternative navigation methods:

  • Improved keyboard navigation throughout the product
  • Ensured all interactive elements are accessible without touch gestures
  • Refined focus behavior in dialogs, modals, and menus

This allows users to navigate more predictably and efficiently without relying on a mouse or touchscreen.

Clearer Text Structure & Readability

To make content easier to understand for all users—including those using assistive technologies—we’ve:

  • Ensured a consistent heading hierarchy
  • Improved content structure for readability and navigation

This helps screen readers and users alike better interpret the flow of information.

More Accessible Forms & Input Fields

We’ve updated forms to be more intuitive and accessible:

  • Added clear labels and helpful hints for form fields
  • Improved error messages and validation guidance
  • Ensured errors are announced by screen readers

Users can now complete forms more confidently, with clearer instructions and more meaningful feedback.

General Accessibility Enhancements

In addition to the improvements above, we’ve:

  • Enhanced overall usability for assistive technologies
  • Aligned our approach with platform-specific accessibility best practices

These updates reflect our ongoing effort to make our product accessible, usable, and welcoming to all.
