MyCCPS Release Notes - April 2026 (v5.0)

The MyCCPS Team is excited to announce the MyCCPS 5.0 release, packed with updates designed to make your experience cleaner, more consistent, and easier to navigate. Our goal is to help you work efficiently, with fewer obstacles. Here's what's new:

New Features and Improvements

Your feedback and collaboration have driven some of our most impactful enhancements and updates to keep you organized and informed:

• Global UI Refresh: The MyCCPS interface been updated for a more cohesive and polished look across the entire application.

• Dashboard and Requirements Updates: The Home Dashboard now features a refined welcome section and requirements overview, improved requirements layout, and better scrolling behavior for long requirement lists.

  

• Documents Enhancements: The Documents tab has been updated with a cleaner layout, clearer document display, and improved filtering options to help you find files faster.

  

• Rotations UI Improvements: The Rotations page now includes filter updates, refreshed styling for historic rotations, and alignment fixes to make rotation details easier to scan.

  

• My Account Updates: The interface has been refined with tab navigation for a smoother account management experience.

  

• Access to Support: Links to our Support Center and support request form have been added to our navigation menu for easier access to help content.

• Accessibility (WCAG) Improvements: The Home dashboard has been updated to better meet accessibility standards and support more inclusive use.

Bug Fixes

We've addressed several user-reported issues to further refine MyCCPS:

• Resolved document and file upload issues so attached files correctly add to Documents library and no longer default to the wrong document type.

• Corrected notification issues on both "All" and "Unread" tabs.

• Fixed login error message pop-ups and updated the login screen image for a more polished sign-in experience.

General Improvements

We've also made behind-the-scenes optimizations and minor adjustments to boost platform performance, stability, and responsiveness.
