How to Update your Profile Details in MyCCPS

You can update your name and mobile number at any time in MyCCPS. Your username/email address and school cannot be changed. 

If you have changes or updates to your academic details, including your program type or graduation year, please reach to your school's clinical coordinator our our Support Team with your changes.

On the Web

1. Visit MyCCPS in a web browser
2. Click your name in the top-right, then choose My Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. On the My Profile tab, you can update:
   1. First name
   2. Last name
   3. Mobile number
4. Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.

On the MyCCPS App

1. Open the MyCCPS app on your Android or iOS device.

2. Tap the circle with your initial in the top right.

   

3. Tap My Profile under Account.

   

4. On the Profile tab, tap any of the following fields and update the information:
   1. First name
   2. Last name

   3. Mobile number

      

5. Tap Save at the bottom to save your changes.
