How to Upload a File to the Document Library The Documents page in MyCCPS is your personal document library: a central place to store, manage, and organize all of the files you need for your clinical rotation requirements. From this page, you can upload documents ahead of time, view and preview previously uploaded files, download copies for your records, and remove documents you no longer need. Documents saved to your library can also be reused across multiple requirements, so you don't have to upload the same file more than once. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming rotation or managing documentation for one already in progress, the Documents page helps you stay organized and ready.To upload a file to the Documents library:Log in to MyCCPS using a web browser.From the left-hand navigation menu, click Documents. The Documents page will list all files that you've added to your documents library. To upload a new file, click the + Add Document button on the right.In the Add document pop-up window, give your document a name and select a document type from the dropdown that best describes your document. Optionally, add a description. Click the upload icon and select a file from your device. Your selected file will be listed below the upload box. If the wrong file was accidentally selected, click the X next to the document name to remove itMyCCPS recommends uploading PDF files, but supports PNG, JPEG, Word, and Excel files up to 20MB.Click Add Document button to finish adding the document to your library.
