How to Register for MyCCPS

MyCCPS is the companion app to CCPS that allows students and instructors to upload documentation to their clinical requirements for review and approval. Before using MyCCPS, you will need a unique invitation code from your school or receive an invitation email to register. You can register on the MyCCPS website or using the app.

On the Web

  1. Visit MyCCPS at https://myccps.centralizedplacements.org/#/login 
  2. Click the Sign Up Now link below the login button
  3. Enter your school's unique 9-digit invitation code
  4. Enter the email address you'll use with MyCCPS, which is typically your school-issued email address or the email address where you received your invite. Additionally, enter your desired password twice for confirmation. The password requirements will automatically check off as your password meets each requirement. Click Continue.
  5. Enter your name, select your role (Student or Instructor) and your phone number. Check the box to agree to receive text messages. Then click Continue.
  6. Select your cohort details, which include your rotation type, program, and expected graduation date. These details can be modified by your clinical coordinator, if needed. Review the terms and privacy policy, then check the box acknowledging you agree to them. Click Continue.
  7. A success message will appear and you'll be taken to your Dashboard.

On the Mobile App

  1. Open the MyCCPS app on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Tap the Sign up now link below the Login button. 
  3. Enter your school's unique 9-digit invitation code.
  4. Enter the email address you'll use with MyCCPS, which is typically your school-issued email address or the email address when you received your invite. Additionally, enter your desired password twice for confirmation. The password requirements will automatically check off as your password meets each requirement. Tap Continue.
  5. Enter your name, select your role (Student or Instructor) and your phone number. Check the box to agree to receive text messages. Then tap Continue.
