What Happens When My Subscription Expires?

Your MyCCPS subscription is an annual subscription. When your subscription expires, your account access changes but your data is safe. Pop-up messages may periodically appear to remind you to renew your subscription.

When your MyCCPS subscription expires, your account automatically switches to read-only access. This means your account is restricted, but not deleted.

What You Can Still Do (Read-Only Mode)

  • Log in to your MyCCPS account

  • View previously uploaded documentation

  • Download existing documentation

  • Review your past rotations

What You Will No Longer Be Able to Do

  • ❌ Complete or submit requirements

  • ❌ Upload new documents

Your existing data, including placement history, uploaded documents, and completed requirements, will not be deleted or erased. Everything remains available for viewing and downloading.
