How to View Your Notifications

Stay up to date on important activity related to your requirements and clinical placement directly within the app.

How notifications work

Notifications appear in-app to keep you informed about key updates. You'll receive a notification when:

• A requirement is returned — The school has reviewed a submitted requirement and sent it back for revision. The notification may include comments from the school explaining what needs to be updated.
• A requirement is approved — The school has reviewed and approved a submitted requirement.
• You're assigned to a clinical placement — You've been assigned to a placement by your school.

Note: Notifications are only available in-app. There are no text or email notifications at this time.

To View Your Notifications

1. Look for the bell icon in the top right corner of the page, next to your name. A red dot on the bell indicates you have new, unread notifications. 

   

2. Click the bell icon to open your notifications. New notifications are shown by default. 

3. To view your full notification history, click See all.

   

4. The Notifications page allows you to search your notifications and toggle between Unread and All notifications.
