Requirements Overview MyCCPS makes it easy to see which clinical requirements you need to complete, which ones are under review, and which have been approved. This article walks you through how to view your requirements and use filters to find what you need.Viewing Requirements from Your DashboardWhen you log in, your Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your requirement status, organized into three color-coded buckets:Incomplete: Requirements that still need your attention. In Review: Requirements you've submitted and are being reviewed by your school.Completed: Requirements that have been approved. Each bucket shows a count so you can see at a glance how many items fall into each category. Tip: Tapping on a bucket (e.g., Incomplete) takes you directly to your requirements list, pre-filtered to show only items with that status. Tapping View All opens the full list without any filter applied. We recommend accessing your requirements from the Dashboard for the most accurate view. The Dashboard shows requirements specific to your assigned rotation, so you'll only see items that apply to you.Your Dashboard will also list out the requirements associated with your assigned rotation under the Requirements section. Viewing the Requirements PageTo see all of your school and school's affiliated clinical sites' requirements in one place, select Requirements from the left navigation menu. The Requirements page displays each requirements in a table format with details like:Requirement nameStatus (Incomplete, In Review, or Completed)Instructions from your school or clinical siteAttachments (files you may need to download, complete, and re-upload)You can scroll through the list or use filters to narrow down what you're looking for.A Note About Rotation AssignmentsYour requirements are tied to your assigned clinical rotation. If you have not yet been assigned to a rotation, the Requirements page may show a large number of items that don't all apply to you. Once your school assigns you to a rotation, your list will update to show only the requirements relevant to that specific clinical site.If you don't see a rotation listed on your Dashboard, contact your school's clinical coordinator to get assigned.
